We are delighted that we’ve been selected by Lendlease and Peabody as part of the winning team for the Thamesmead Waterfront masterplan – one of the largest remaining riverside sites (100 hectares) in South-East London. Such a fantastic opportunity to develop a highly sustainable, vibrant and diverse community drawing on its unique blue and green landscapes.
